Krosby "Pure Excitement" 1986 Arab Gelding

These pictures were taken this April 2006 when Krosby turned 20 years old. He is loving life and feeling good! We are having fun in our dressage lessons, and hope to spend some nice time out on the trails this summer as well.

Krosby and Karmen are continuing their Dressage training, and finding success! Both Krosby and I are working hard, and our riding is more elegant as well as more functional. Krosby will continue to be a dressage horse until he decides he wants to retire and be a trail horse. He spends his days in the pasture with "his girls": Savannah and Star. He lovingly keeps them in line (and the three of them have fun eating and playing. I don't think I'll ever find a horse like Krosby again, and I've been so blessed to have him as my first horse. He is just special, and everyone who meets him loves him. He defines the word "personality"- he is a big ham and he has no shame! Although I must take some of the blame, as I most certainly spoil him......

Krosby turned 20 this April, but he still acts like a 10 year old. He's in great shape right now, and I hope our Dressage work keeps him fit well into his twenties. He enjoys the extra attention, and thinks he's the best dressage horse ever! He's my best friend, and I look forward to many more great years with this wonderful guy...
